Owners Chris Erickson and Leigh Ann Yeager are experienced trainers with a vision: To create ONE gym where a team of fitness professionals use expert techniques to help you achieve your goals. At ONE, you'll get more than just a workout. You'll become part of a fit, supportive community that makes working out fun and keeps you coming back for more! Our schedule of over 30 classes per week will give you plenty of workouts to choose from, starting as early at 5:30am and as late as 7pm. Conveniently located in South Durham near NC 54, NC 751, and I-40, ONE is easily accessible as well. We can't wait to welcome you to our #fitfam and assist you in achieving your fitness goals!
